At SupplySide West in Las Vegas, Emile Levy, M.D., Ph.D., professor of nutrition, University of Montreal, scientific director, gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition unit, CHU Sainte-Justine, Mother-Child University Hospital Centre, will discuss findings from his recently published study "Apple Peel Polyphenols and Their Beneficial Actions on Oxidative Stress and Inflammation."
